✨ The JasFactory Booking Policies At The JasFactory, every appointment is reserved with care to give each client the time and experience they deserve. Please review these policies before booking — confirming your appointment means you agree to the terms below. 💜 ⸻ 🕰️ Late Arrivals & Grace Period Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled start time. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. • Consistent lateness can result in refusal of future bookings. This ensures every client receives the full service and the schedule runs smoothly. ⸻ 💵 Deposits All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. • Deposits are applied toward your final balance at the time of service. • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. • New deposits are required to book another appointment. ⸻ 🚫 Cancellations & No-Shows Life happens — please communicate if you need to cancel or reschedule. • 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. • No-call / no-shows will result in loss of deposit and may be blocked from future bookings. • If you cancel last-minute more than twice, you may be required to prepay in full for future appointments. ⸻ 💇🏽♀️ Shampoo & Add-Ons • Shampoo is not included with all services unless listed in the description. • If you’d like your hair washed, please add the shampoo service to your appointment when booking. • All add-ons (Boho curls, extra length, small parts, etc.) must be selected at booking to allow enough time for your service. ⸻ 💳 Payments • Final payments are due at the end of your service. • I accept cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, and card payments through GlossGenius. • No refunds are given once a service is completed. If there’s an issue, please reach out within 24 hours so it can be addressed. ⸻ 💕 Respect My Time & Yours Please come with your hair detangled and free of buildup unless you’ve booked a takedown or shampoo. Extra time for detangling or product removal may incur an additional fee ($15–$25) depending on the condition of the hair. ⸻ 📱 Phone & Tablet Policy You are welcome to use your phone or tablet during your appointment — however, please be mindful of your head position while I’m braiding or parting. • Constantly looking down at your phone can cause crooked parts, uneven tension, and longer service times. • If I notice this happening, I will politely ask you to adjust your posture or put your device away. • If the behavior continues and causes significant delays, a time adjustment fee may be added to your total, or the service may be paused until proper posture is maintained.
